Major Craft Dangan X8 is a premium 8-strand braided line made in Japan and designed to deliver excellent strength, sensitivity, and durability across a wide range of fishing techniques.
The braid is produced using high-strength IZANAS™ polyethylene fibers developed with advanced Gel Spinning Technology. This gives the line excellent tensile strength, low stretch, high sensitivity, and reliable durability.
A special surface coating helps the braid pass smoothly through the rod guides, reducing friction and improving casting performance. Its slightly firmer structure also helps reduce the risk of wind knots while maintaining a smooth and abrasion-resistant profile.
This premium 8-strand braided line is manufactured using the Japanese Micro-X process and ultra-high-strength IZANAS polyethylene fibers.
Its advanced construction provides an excellent strength-to-diameter ratio, allowing the braid to remain thin, smooth, and highly durable. The silky surface helps reduce friction through the rod guides, improving casting performance and overall line control.
