We ship to the following regions:
- Domestic: Within Cyprus.
- International: Europe, USA.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on your location, the size/weight of the order, and the chosen shipping method. Exact costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping for orders over €150 within Cyprus.
3. Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping destination:
- Domestic (Cyprus): 1–3 business days.
- Europe: 5–7 business days.
- USA and other international destinations: 7–14 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s status.
6. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement or refund if applicable.
