At Blue Adventure, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, this policy outlines your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon receipt:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Opened or used consumables (e.g., antifog solutions).
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items marked as "final sale."
3. Return Process

- Prepare Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the Item: Use a tracked shipping method to return the product to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refund Conditions:
- Full refunds are issued for eligible returns meeting all criteria.
- No refunds may be issued for items returned incomplete or showing signs of use.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size, color, or other variations of the same product, subject to availability. Follow the return process above and specify your desired exchange item when contacting customer service.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. After this period, the order must be processed as a return once received.
